Federal Act on National Economic Supply
The Federal Act on National Economic Supply, also known as the National Economic Supply Act, ensures the national supply of essential goods and services in times of severe shortages.

The Ordinance on the National Economic Supply governs the organisation of the national economic supply with regard to the essential goods that the Federal Council places in stockpiles and which is thus subject to compulsory stockpiling.

The Ordinance on the Essential Human Medicines Reporting Office governs the reporting of supply shortages and interruptions in the supply of essential human medicines via the reporting platform for therapeutic products set up by the Therapeutic Products Division of the Organisation for National Economic Supply.

Helvecura Regulations and Articles of Association
Helvecura is a Cooperative under private law. Its purpose is set out in the Articles of Association.
Helvecura’s regulations govern the provisions on compulsory stockpiling of anti-infectives for humans, other human medicines, anti-infectives for veterinary medicine, analgesics, immunoglobulines, vaccines and neuraminidase inhibitors as well as the collection, use and allocation of contributions to the Guarantee Funds.
